Twenty20 Terms Of Use

By using Twenty20 ("the App", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to the following Terms of Use.

1. Use of the App

• Twenty20 is a free eye-break reminder based on the 20-20-20 rule: every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds.

• You are responsible for using the App in a lawful and responsible manner.

• You must not misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt the App.

2. No Account Required

• The App does not require an account, sign-in, or registration of any kind.

• No personal information is needed to use any feature.

• All functionality is available without providing any data.

3. Free to Use

• Twenty20 is completely free.

• There are no subscriptions, in-app purchases, or locked features.

• Optional donations are welcomed through the "Buy me a coffee" link in Settings, but they are entirely voluntary and do not unlock any additional features.

4. Local Data

• All settings, statistics, and preferences are stored locally on your device.

• We are not responsible for data loss caused by device failure, app deletion, or reinstalling the App.

• Uninstalling the App permanently removes all locally stored data.

5. Health Disclaimer

• Twenty20 is a reminder tool, not a medical device.

• The App is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any eye condition or disease.

• If you experience eye pain, persistent strain, headaches, or any vision-related symptoms, please consult a qualified medical professional.

• The 20-20-20 rule is a widely recommended habit, not a substitute for professional eye care.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

• The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

• We do not guarantee that break reminders, overlay cards, or notifications will always function without interruption due to device limitations, operating system restrictions, or battery-saving behaviors on some devices.

• Timing accuracy may vary on some devices or in certain power-saving modes.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Twenty20 relies on Android system services (foreground services, alarms, notifications, and overlays).

• We are not responsible for missed reminders, delayed notifications, or any consequences resulting from the App's behavior or system restrictions.

• You use the App at your own risk.

8. Modifications to Terms

• We may update these Terms at any time.

• Updated Terms will be published within the App.

• Continued use of the App after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.
