Spyve Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Spyve ("the Game"). By purchasing, downloading, or playing Spyve, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

• Spyve is licensed, not sold.

• Code Pearl grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play Spyve for your personal, non-commercial use.

2. Intellectual Property

• Spyve, including its source code, gameplay systems, characters, environments, levels, visual assets, logos, branding, user interface, and original content, is the intellectual property of Code Pearl and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• Certain audio, music, sound effects, fonts, or other licensed assets used in the Game may be provided by third-party creators under their respective licenses. Ownership of such third-party assets remains with their respective owners.

• Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.

3. Purchases

• Spyve is offered as a one-time purchase through Google Play.

• Payments, refunds, and purchase processing are handled by Google Play and are subject to Google's applicable policies.

4. Online Features

Some features require a Google account and an internet connection, including:

• Google Play Games Sign-In

• Cloud Save

• Achievements

• Leaderboards

The core game can be played offline, although online features may be unavailable without an internet connection.

5. Updates

Code Pearl may release updates that include:

• Bug fixes

• Performance improvements

• Gameplay balancing

• Quality-of-life improvements

• New chapters or additional content

Updates may modify existing content to improve the overall gameplay experience.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Game.

• Circumvent purchase verification or security mechanisms.

• Cheat, exploit, or manipulate achievements or leaderboards.

• Use unauthorized software, bots, trainers, or cheats.

• Redistribute, copy, or commercially exploit the Game without permission.

• Interfere with Google Play services or the Game's online functionality.

7. Suspension of Online Features

• Code Pearl reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to online features, including achievements, cloud saves, or leaderboards, if a player violates these Terms or attempts to compromise the integrity or security of the Game.

8. Disclaimer

• Spyve is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, except where prohibited by applicable law.

• While we strive to provide a reliable experience, uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed.

9. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Code Pearl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of Spyve.

10. Termination

• These Terms remain in effect until terminated.

• Your license to use Spyve automatically terminates if you violate these Terms.

• Upon termination, you must cease using the Game and destroy or remove any unauthorized copies.

11. Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which Code Pearl operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

• We may revise these Terms from time to time.

• Updated Terms become effective when published. Continued use of Spyve after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
